Grand Island Tour — West Coast

Pick-up begins at approximately 10:00 directly from your hotel.

From the coastline, we gradually leave the sea behind and head inland—toward the forested heart of the island. And that is where the real adventure begins. Climbing toward the mountain, we ride through the countryside and begin the ascent toward Eleousa and the slopes of Profitis Ilias.

The road becomes quieter, cooler, more cinematic. Curves unfold naturally through the forest. Light filters through the trees. The sound of the engine blends with the landscape. This is the kind of road that makes you understand why this tour exists.

We pause at Eleousa—the historic Italian-era village—before continuing the circular mountain route toward Profitis Ilias. A relaxed coffee stop allows time to enjoy the altitude, the air, and the view. No rush. No pressure. Just free time for yourselves.

From the mountain, we descend toward Apollona for a traditional lunch experience. At Paraga Tavern, guests enjoy a carefully selected tasting of authentic Rhodian cuisine—local meats, handmade dips, seasonal specialties, and wine tasting included. This is not simply a meal during a tour. It is part of the journey.

On the return, we pass again through Eleousa and may stop at a family-run ceramic workshop, where traditional Rhodian pottery is created by hand—a craft passed down through generations. From there, the road opens toward the west coast.

The final stretch is scenic and expansive as we return to your hotel: coastal views, open horizons, and sea breeze.
